Specialist Tracing Services
We provide professional, discreet, and legally compliant person tracing services for private individuals, legal professionals, and corporate clients in Bristol and across the South West. Whether you are seeking to locate a debtor, witness, former tenant, missing contact, or an individual who has deliberately gone off-grid, we deliver verified and actionable intelligence to support informed decision-making.
Our tracing solutions combine advanced online research, open-source intelligence, premium database searches, regulated intelligence sources, and discreet field verification where required.
All tracing work is undertaken only where a lawful basis exists, including legitimate interest, legal obligation, or the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims. No unlawfully obtained, private, or intrusive data is accessed, retained, or disclosed at any stage of our investigations.
We utilise a multi-source, verification-led methodology using regulated credit reference intelligence, electoral roll, public data sources, social media, open-source intelligence, direct enquiries and field verification where needed. All findings are independently cross-checked prior to reporting to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Where an individual is successfully traced, clients receive the current address and contact details where identified, supported by verification notes and a detailed written report. Where needed, instructions can be escalated to field enquiries or process serving to support the next stage of action.
Our Digital Trace service is a fixed-fee, intelligence-led desktop tracing solution designed to provide a rapid professional assessment using regulated data sources and open-source intelligence. This service is intended to identify strong address leads where an individual maintains a digital or public footprint, with results typically delivered within 24 hours in a clear PDF report containing verification notes.
As Digital Trace does not include physical attendance or address verification, results may indicate a probable current address rather than confirmed occupancy. All intelligence is drawn from multiple sources and independently cross-checked before reporting to ensure consistency and credibility.
Each Digital Trace instruction begins with an initial viability assessment. Where no credible or corroborated address lead is identified at this early stage, the trace is discontinued and no fee is charged. Where a strong address lead is identified and supported by corroborating data, we proceed to full desktop verification and provide a structured intelligence report, at which point the fixed fee becomes payable.
A strong address lead is defined as an address supported by credit reference intelligence and at least one independent corroborating source.
Our Verified Trace service is an outcome-based solution designed for matters where accuracy is critical. This service combines all Digital Trace checks with discreet field attendance and enquiries to physically verify a current residential address suitable for lawful contact or service, with results typically provided within three working days in a clear PDF report containing verification notes.
Where a current address cannot be verified despite reasonable investigative effort, no tracing fee is charged under our Verified Trace service.
